First name removed Le’s classes as very well thought out. She provides great adjustments to improve the postures. Her choice of music nicely complements the postures. I really enjoy her classes.

I previously taken classes at CPY about 10 years ago so when I started classes at the NE location I was a bit nervous.
What I will say was that my concerns were quickly abated by the changes that CPY has made to its brand and that lovely, welcoming and inclusive community the NE CPY location embodies.
I am enjoying the classes and becoming part of this community. I feel welcomed, supported in my yoga practice and encouraged to try new poses and classes with only positive energy.
