Darren is a superstar! He has great energy and great music! I don't love all of the planks and push ups - my neck and shoulders are killing me - but it was fun!

I have really enjoy so many of the the teachers at CorePower in Eden Prairie and Edina! Angel, Darren, Kaya, and Lindsay have amazing energy and are fantastic guides in my yoga practice and they foster a really supportive class and community at Core Power. I primarily do yoga sculpt classes and there is typically a class for me every day at times that work for my busy schedule.
