CPY offers many yoga experiences that satisfy the most discerning yogis. Their instructors are well-trained and friendly, and they take time to help new practitioners. The facilities are clean, well-designed, and easy to navigate. Prices have gone up recently, but classes are still a good value. I strongly recommend CPY for yogis of all levels.

Great teacher with a great vibe
I wish the Apple Valley studio was more modern inside as it’s a bit outdated for the monthly dues, but overall, this studio has the BEST instructors! My favorite is Heather. She’s so kind, and very empowering. She’s the reason I’ve been consistently coming back. I love CPY Apple Valley!

I appreciate when classes are challenging. The Edina staff members do an excellent job ensuring classes are fulfilling for more experienced participants.
I love the teachers, variety of class options, range of times from early morning to evening, and many locations. The classes often involve cardio and strength training as well as flexibility and balance.

I am a huge fan of Corepower. I appreciate the challengeing classes, the community and the heat! I also appreciate the schedule and many options and times and studios to attend class. I do have some feedback on this class. Kelly is a good instructor, I liked her and the class....but she has a quiet voice and it was very hard to hear. All she had to do was turn down the music just a little. I find this happens too often, and Corepower really needs to have a standard for sound. I go to other classes, Lindsey D, Angel, and Amy Wa at Eden Prairie. Nikki, Bridget and Lindy at Minnetonka. They play the music louder than she did, but they have big voices and/or are aware that they can be heard. I like to give new instructors a chance, but the sound thing makes it hard to follow the class. I've been told the instructors can use microphones but rarely. I have recently tried Barre 3, while they do not have the breadth of classes, times and studios. They always have great music at a consistent level and every instructor uses a Microphone.

Liz is on fire and so is her play list! This class was very enjoyable and I really had to focus to get my heart rate to come down! I very much recommend Liz & CorePower as all of the instructors are great here. They understand that your practice is your own practice. :)
My favorite part is the availability of so many classes--If I missed one, there is always another I can take! I also adore the heat:)
