Most of the instructors are well trained in yoga, compared to "aerobic" instructors at Life Time Fitness that teach yoga.

I attended sculpt and C2. Both classes were an awesome workout and also the instructors were excellent. Sculpt with Raquel was fun & challenging. Scarlett with C2 was exactly what I needed to clear my head and challenge my yoga practice. She has a very calming/motivating voice and gives options for more advanced moves.
Erin at Northeast is amazing. I have had 300 classes but she always stretches me just a bit more physically and mentally. It is so rewarding. I wish I could go to more of her classes but that 730 is just a little late in the morning for me!!!! She is just a strong teacher I appreciate it so much!!!!
Excellent Workout
Kiera F, Michelle Wh, Fateem S, and Erin W are great sculpt teachers. All bring different vibes and great music. Studio is very clean and well kept.
Molly was absolutely amazing. She kicked my but_!!!! She was perfect in her instruction especially for a new yoga person. Highly recommend her classes and SLP!!! It was clean, she had apparel and a sale going on. I will be joining in October!

I love the Highland Park location. I typically practice in the Boston area, and I find the Twin Cities experience so refreshing. The community feels completely different. I find the instructors so relaxed and knowledgable. It seems that the goals and tone of the class are attuned to what I'm looking for in yoga. I went to one of Becka's C2 classes and absolutely loved it. I always come to Highland Park when I'm in town.
I also love how many classes there are every day, and that some instructors choose to teach/practice on holidays.
