I’ve been going to Corepower for over a decade and love so much about it, but do wish we would bring back the rule of no cell phones in the studio rooms along with respecting cool down and savasana versus so many people leaving early lately. It is such a bummer when people are cleaning up around you during that time of class.
I love Wendy a very good teacher who is very disarming , yoga can be intimidating but she does a wonderful job of making people feel at ease and feel welcome.
