I had a great C2 class at the Rosedale location. Michelle was an amazing instructor. She had great pacing and her instructions were clear.
I struggle with limited mobility in my shoulders and Michelle must have picked up on this, because she consistently offered modifications for shoulders, specifically.
I would definitely return. Loved it!

This studio is so welcoming and such a great community! We miss Heather, but know she'll be back soon. More trainers like Meaghan, Michelle, Kira, and Heather! Mariah is doing well and has great potential. Her songs are solid, but too much slow music throughout the class when it should be at the beginning and end and she also has to work on her counts with the beat as it throws people off. She'll get there! :)
Generally I feel welcome. I feel that if I have questions or give feedback I am heard. However feeling comfortable going is the most important thing for me and I do.

It was a wonderful class. The teacher guided us through a beautiful flow with enriching words. I especially liked the breath work reminder and that this is my practice, everyone’s practice is different. I loved the class
I love that you have high quality instructors for all of you classes. There are a variety of class all day every day. I am easily able to adapt my workouts with my changing schedule.
