I feel welcome every time I come into class. I am overweight and was anxious about going to work out where other people might be in good shape. I found that I did not feel judged at all and in fact encouraged. The instructors, every single one of them, have been amazing. Clear in their instruction, friendly, helpful and kind.

Really enjoyed the hot yoga class I took. The instructor was good and it was harder (in a good way) than the classes I've taken at Woodbury. I prefer only hot classes and there are limited options in the city, I have to search across four studios. I wish there were more hot classes offered.

I love Core Power. I went to Edina location because the Eden Prairie location was closed for renovation! It did not disappoint!

Kelly teaches a lovely C1.5 class. It was my first time taking this format and after taking her class, I’ll add it into my regular routine. The way she teaches yoga is calm and encouraging. The class felt energizing and flowed beautifully.
CPY has FABULOUS instructors and studio!!! The facilities are always clean and well appointed. This studio isn't too. large or too small, it's just right.

CP Woodbury is so fantastic! Erin has done such a fabulous job recruiting teachers. So many classes on the schedule now. So much improved. Our teachers are great. Classes are a great workout and fun!

Incredible experience I have every time I go to the Edina location. And the core power Yoga last Saturday was challenging but extremely rewarding. That was exactly what I needed. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to push themselves a bit forward :)

I love your studio. The staff is excellent and the classes are great.
This was my first time at the MG location. I loved the studio and especially enjoyed Chelsey, the Yoga Sculpt instructor. She was engaging, energetic, fun and had awesome music! I brought a friend and we had a great workout and some good sweaty bonding time. Thank you! I/We will be back!
