Our technician, I believe his name was Adam, was Great!! I wasn't able to be at the appointment, so it was great that he communicated with me regarding the stains in the carpet, price, and the process. He took extra time to make sure the carpets were as clean as possible.

My technician, Evan, was very friendly and professional. He called about 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled time to let me know his approximate arrival time. He listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. The work was done in timely fashion, and explained his process and the chemicals he was using and why.

It was my first time using ZEROREZ and I was very impressed. I had never heard of this cleaning company before, so I must be honest I went on online and I wanted to see what Better Business Bureau had to say about ZEROREZ. To my surprise they rank them as a A+.. immediately got on board. The man who did my condo was very nice good people skills. He explained what he was doing very thoroughly as far as what he was spraying on the carpet. And had a very friendly attitude and wanted to make sure I was happy about the cleaning and I will never use any other cleaning company but ZEROREZ you got me for life!! it was a 10 performance thank you ZEROREZ i’m First name removed Larkins.
