I was looking for a carpet cleaning service that didn’t use harsh chemicals or detergents. I called Zerorez and asked them about the treatments and services that they offered and the processes and products they used. I really wanted to get my carpets serviced that Saturday so the representative that I spoke with (Crystal or Caitlin) explained everything to me and was even able to call the manager to see if they had any openings for the next day. Because someone cancelled last minute, they were able to squeeze me in the day I wanted. Keshaun called me the day of service to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time. He was extremely friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I asked him a lot of questions during the visit and he let me know about all the other services Zerorez offers (like duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning). He was super friendly and took his time and did a thorough and complete job. He did not rush through anything. My carpets came out so clean, they look brand new! They are shiny and feel great to walk on. I recommended Zerorez to my parents and they booked the very next week and also requested Keshaun. They too think he did an excellent job. We will be using Zerorez again! I really love that your guys don’t use harsh chemical agents.
