Technician was Justin G. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all with sales tactics like I read online that some others have experienced. He made sure to keep me informed after every quarter of the house cleaning. Informed me about the pet spot treatments and that the discoloration was from the products I used and the reaction to the pet urine. He spent time cleaning the spots multiple times and they look way better.

When I am ready to try cleaning the tile next I want to request Justin come back out to my house for service. Please give him a bonus, if that is available in your organization, he deserves it since I know he treats his other clients like this.

I mean I think he was friendly and did a good job. It is just it didn’t get the stains out of my carpet. Which is disappointing. You advertise that you get stains out.

It was a long day for the 4 crews you sent to do the Social Security Building
in Melbourne. I came back on Monday to go over all the cleaning done.
I would like to brag on the work Zerorez did. The the VCT cleaning and waxing was
great. The ceramic tile in the bathrooms, Employee lounge, and the lobby has not
look as good since it was put down some 13 years ago. As for the carpet tile, I am
amazed how well that clean-up. I appreciate the hard work and the fact that the entire
21,000 sq/ft was completed in one day. In closing, I think the best form of advertising, is
word of mouth, 4 government employees approached me and asked for Zerorez's contact information. Great job!!
