Area rug still had a lot of sand on it. It should have been vacuumed again before tech left. We had to vacuum it ourselves once it was dry after just having it cleaned.

We recently had Zerorez come in to clean the furniture, area rugs and tile grout. Everything was scheduled in the website which was very user friendly. I received a call from Adam in the morning to confirm the arrival time and he was puntual. He when through the process and expectations with us before he started, and all the aftercare when he was done. He was professional and amicable. I would have them come back to my home again.
