Keshaun explained the process for both the carpet cleaning and the upholstery. He gave us pricing up front and was very thorough in his work. We would ask for him to come next time we need service.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. We had tough stains and high traffic marks on our tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. No matter how much I mopped I couldn't get it clean. Zerorez came in and scrubbed the tiles and sealed the grout. We are so happy with how beautiful they turned out.
Justin was very professional and knowledgeable about our rug he cleaned. He did a great job with everything done in our home. Thank you!

I was please they were able to get someone in the next day, it was more expensive than what we are used to paying with our other cleaner but being they could get there when we needed them made it worth it. The cleaner was very friendly and did a good job.

The people who came to service my house were incredibly nice. The one who came to do my tile (sorry I forgot his name) seemed genuinely passionate about his work and he went over some areas a second time just because he thought they could look better if he did more work.

The service tech was very nice and friendly. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and took his time with cleaning my dryer duct. He even showed me what was the issue and how to correct any issues I may have in the future. I will definitely recommend your services again in the future.

Our technician, Kevin was very pleasant and professional. He asked about our carpet such as age and any specific concerns we may have had. There was no pressure to add additional treatments to drive up the cost. Speaking of cost, Zerorez pricing is very reasonable. The equipment they used was clean and extra effort was made to protect doorways and corners from getting rub marks from their hoses. We highly recommend this company for excellent carpet cleaning and care!
