Brian Diamond is a great coach and works well with the players. I like his focus on golf etiquette! The Atkinson Country Club course is well maintained, interesting, and provides the perfect challenge for up and coming golfers.

The PGA Jr. League allows kids without a lot of golf experience to get involved. More importantly the coaches can make or break a kids experience. The coaching staff at Squirrel Run in Plymouth, MA truly care about junior golf and provide not only great technical instruction but also provided great leadership through out the season. I can't Thank Coach Moore, Coach Porka and Coach Aufiero enough for all their time and effort!
My son loved participating in the league because he was warmly embraced and educated in all aspects to include the purchase, fit, and best use of his golfing equipment as well as the physical positioning for the sport. While he initially felt reluctant and intimidated as an inexperienced beginner, he received good, positive coaching on how best to approach the sport, and he has now grown significantly given that exceptional support.

My son had an amazing time participating in the MPGA Junior League! The program was well-organized and provided a perfect balance of fun and learning. He was able to develop his golf skills while making new friends, all in a supportive and encouraging environment. The coaches were fantastic. They were always patient and motivating, and they made sure the kids had a great time while improving their game. It was a valuable experience, and we can't wait to join again next season!
Great instruction and opportunity for youth to learn and get introduced to the game
I like our coach, Brad Truman. I think he’s very dedicated. I like that he offers weekly practices and schedules regular matches. While mainly an in house program, he forges relationships with other clubs to give the kids the opportunity to see and play at other clubs with other kids. He is very encouraging and communicates pertinent information with the team in a timely fashion.
We're happy they offer many tournaments to choose from.
Our twelve year old daughter very much enjoyed being a part of the PGA Jr. League. It was great for her to learn not only the game, but also understand how to act in a golf course atmosphere. Overall, it was super fun and positive from start to finish.

It was a great introduction to golf for the kids. There wasn't too much pressure on the kids, and the coaches did a fantastic job of making it fun for them.

PGA Jr League has a great focus to inspire kids to love golf. The balance between learning and playing is well done. The Norwood,MA team run by Brad Truman was very well organized- he did a fantastic job educating the players and guiding them in playing tournaments . He offered many opportunities for practice and tournaments. He also taught golf etiquette. The Newton, MA team in Spring 2024 was not well run- practices were not effective- just in a netted range (which is not enough for older players). Also the Pro that ran was often not present, did not know the players names and was not at all professional in his speech or leadership.
The tournaments we participated in in 2023 and 2024 were super. Very well run and organized. The staff was very helpful.
Coach Ian was awesome and my son truly enjoyed his experience this year.
