Coaches were great and it was nice to have an option for the kids to golf in the fall.
We love the format, the competition and the camaraderie of PGA Jr. League. Our son has participated for 4 years and will continue to do so for as long as he can.
Ability of kids to play with their friends
It was very nice competition with other kids on the golf course. I learned a lot from my coach and from other kids that I played with. As a freshman in high school I was able to gain a spot on the girls varsity golf team thanks in part to Jr PGA.

The one on one instruction, laid back and fun atmosphere. The actual playing of a real course for the kids with golf carts too! Really nice e per own experience.
PGA Jr. League is such a fun way to teach kids golf. Whoever thought of the format is a genius. My kids love golf way more for being a part of it. And access to PGA pros can be difficult for a lot of parents to afford for their kids and the teachers in this program are wonderful.

Everything. Great way to introduce kids to golf in a less pressure situation. Individual sport with a team angle is like high school and college golf. We have a great coach/coaches at Brookwood GC (MI). Uniforms are nice. My son who plays says this, “getting to play all the nice courses in our league and the friends he’s made the past 2 seasons.”
Fun program that have kids a chance to play different area courses in a format that is less stressful than playing solo
That the kids are learning a sport that if they continue can compete their whole life they are learning about sportsmanship and team play
