PGA Jr. was a great opportunity for my son to be active, improve his skills and enjoy time with friends. I loved that this years league was all at one golf course. It made the summer craze, simpler and more practical and therefor more family friendly.

It got my son interested in golf. He had fun and was sad when I told him he had 2 weeks left till it finished.
We live in Michigan so there are no other leagues/ extensions.
Looking at the kids during their PGA Jr league it reminds me of the good time I have during my league.
Hopefully in the future there will be some southern states that offer golf classes or golf for PGA Jr league kids to plan a golf trip vacation during cold snowy winter months in the upper US

What an incredible opportunity for our kids to play golf at Harbor Shores. It was a relaxed, non-stressful first golf experience for our son. He fell in love with the sport thanks to this program! He has aged out, but is grateful for this experience!
I love that PGA Jr. League gives my young golfer lots off opportunities to play on the course and learn the rules of play. He also learns sportsmanship, teamwork, and course etiquette.

Fantastic introduction to the real golf experience for my two young golfers. It blends the right level of competitiveness and fun while teaching them the proper etiquette and pace of play. The instructor, Jammie Hansen, did a great job engaging them with fun golf related activities. He balanced the importance of the love for the game equally to the importance of proper technique and did so uniquely based on each individual Jr League member.

Great program! Coach Steve Vickery went above and beyond for the players . We had a young team this year and they grew to love the game. This is our 4th year and it keeps getting better!

I like the format (scramble) because it teaches kids without a lot of pressure. I think that introducing kids to competitive golf is a good thing.
