We enjoyed our first year with PGA JR league, we’ll Definitely be back next year
The program was wonderful for my first time 12 year old. She learned so much and had a great time! The only feedback I could give is that there was little to no guidance from coaches on match days, and for a parent who has very little golf experience myself, matches were difficult to navigate without golf experienced parents there to help us!. I’d love to see the coaches there with the kids during matches, helping with club selection, strategy, showing them how to read the course, rules of the game, etc.

Competition is relaxed because of scramble format. It is a wonderful introduction to golf for beginner golfers!
My son was paired with other golfers that were more experienced which challenged him and helped increase his skills. Also, he had a fun time each week.
