Tessa did my cut 2-3 months back so I came back specifically for her as I was extremely happy with the cut. Lightning strikes twice. Just perfect. Exactly what I wanted and what I asked for. My fat my favorite stylist. The best part is she wastes no time, in and out with a superb haircut, she clearly has developed her craft over time to do it so efficiently.

I like the MVP hair wash and hot towel.
It's easy to schedule an appointment with the app and I get to choose my favorite stylist. The VIP option with the hot towels, shampoo/conditioner and scalp massage are a relaxing experience.

Fast, always great stylists I don't think I've ever had a bad one and just choose whoever is available first. Friendly, price is good and they don't push the MVP on you if you don't have time for it though I do love a good wash after to get the hair out of I'm strapped for time they ask once and I politely decline. Product prices are a little high for some of the products they carry and I tend to shop elsewhere but that's ok if I am in a rush and need something I know they will have it. However I don't go there for the products I go to get my hair and beard cut!
I got lucky the last haircut no waiting and she did a wonderful job and it went by quick and easy.
That you keep record of how I my hair was cut, so it is really easy to just say, same as last time and they know how to cut my hair. I also love the MVP service.
