Not all staff but unfortunately many thru have no clue how good haircut looks like or how desired haircut can be done. I don't have good luck with haircut bug I stay nice and give good tips.

The stylists are friendly and easy to work with. I can get an appointment online and just pop in when it is my turn. The only minor criticism I would have is that they don't choose the best sports for the TV's when they are on.
