Lyn and the store manager do a fantastic job with both the clients, and their Team. I have owned nearly 36 health care clinics across nine states and have spent thousands of dollars on mystery shoppers to call, and stop by our clinics to evaluate how the Team answers the phone, and treats clients once in the office. Over the years I have heard both of these two individuals develop rapport with clients, offer products off the shelf to create value while in the store, and be supportive/polite with their colleagues. Keep up the good work!
