The staff at the Cedar Hills Blvd location are excellent, especially Steve. I buy the 3 MVP cuts package always. But every time they have trouble finding my account to see how many cuts I have left. It take 2 or 3 of them about 10 minutes to find my account to verify. Why is that? I think the accounts are by name, but maybe it should be by phone number? I sometimes think are they doing this so I will get frustrated and just pay for a cut that day? It is an ongoing problem.

My stylist, Chelsea, is good! She is professional and she takes the time to make sure my cut is just perfect! I like the fact that she is methodical and doesn’t rush or speed through my cut! She’s very good! I come back to her because I trust her and I know she will do a great job!

Alissa was incredibly patient and kind while working with me to make a style change, even going as far as to offer to cut less first, and adjust it shorter later to make the transition easier for my nerves! That, and her general calmness and care, made all the difference and definitely will have me coming back!
