Flexible scheduling and feedback on timing.
Newcomer and did not know to sign in. Was not directed to do so and had to ask after a few more customers came and signed in. So this was a minus.
However, I was in no hurry and when my time came, the service was more than awesome and well worth it, in spite of the initial inconvenience. And that counts the most, a great experience overall.
Stylists listen and do their best to balance what you suggest with what they think will work for you. It is refreshing to have people who think before they act and who genuinely care about what they do, and how you will look when you leave the store.
