This was my first time going to Sports Clips. I decided to give it a try since I got a coupon in the mail. The stylist, Leah, gave me a great haircut and was very friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere there too.

I am a Senior. Older folks are often "not seen". This is not the case at your Tanisborn shop. I feel genuinely welcome.
The young lady who trims my bear, Leah, is a talented "hair person" but also an exceptionally nice person. It would a lot to me if Management would let her know that sje dpes an excellent job.
I always get a good haircut at a fair price without having to wait for a long period of time. The best thing about Sport Clips is the person who I like to have cut my hair that is Becca! She is a great barber and an even better person. Thank you.
Very much appreciate the consistent haircuts from Kimmie in Clackamas/Happy Valley. She is the reason I keep coming back. Also, really like the ability to get in line in advance, although the last two times the system was fluctuating the arrival time wildly causing me to leave work early only to get delayed in store when the tine was changed back to the original.
The MVP treatment is not to be missed. I will only come in when Kaylee is working. She takes the time to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my haircut (which I always am).

I personally liked how Miguel took his time asked what I wanted to get done for my haircut and provided a friendly service.
I like seeing wait times in the app and ability to reserve spot in the line up although real reservations would be ideal.

Service is always great but quality of cut can be hit or miss, hence why being able to reserve a time with specific stylist would be ideal (maybe as part of monthly subscription?)

Tyler is great. Kind, respectful, the right amount of conversation. His haircuts are good and consistent. I don't buy products often, but I buy them from Sportclips when I do.
I really like the lineup part of the app. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted by Kimmie who was ready for my arrival and led my straight to her chair and started my haircut. Kimmie was excellent. She saw my profile and knew how I liked my hair cut. Kimmie even cut my beard. The hair and beard cut was excellent. I will return and hopefully get Kimmie to do the next haircut.
