My one big suggestion is figure out how to leverage your application to proactively tell me when my ‘favorite (s)’ are working. You could send a proactive email out that ‘Hey good news your favorite June is scheduled to work today - check in for times and lineup for game day today’. I am always trying to determine when she is working and if i knew i would get my haircut more frequently then waiting. I understand you don’t take reservations and it is first come first serve - just proactiveky tell me when someone is working so i can be on the lookout to get in line.

I've been going to Sport Clips exclusively for about 14 years and Kaylee in Tanasbourne is by far the best hair stylist for me. She does a fantastic job and makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Get the MVP, it's so worthwhile.
