Savannah hooked up an outstanding haircut. The shop was meticulously clean. There was a patron who seemed very rude and volatile. The trio of ladies working managed to diffuse the situation with such a high level of professionalism. Nobody should be treated the way that individual was towards one of them. In the face of an adult throwing a tantrum, they were polite, worked the problem and tried to provide solutions to the gentleman. Felt bad they had to go through that. The individual stormed out after not having his unrealistic demand met. But I have to say, I am really impressed with the way they handled this encounter. Awesome workers being Savannah, Kaylee, and Marina. They looked out for each others wellbeing and didn't cave when someone was being so rude. Fantastic shop and people. Keep up the awesome work you ladies are doing!!!
I like that both stylists I have encountered over the last couple of years have been friendly, professional and willing to cut women’s hair in medium and longer styles. I like that I can be accommodated on a walk-in basis with very little wait and/or sign in for a specific stylist, if I choose to do that, which I have when she is there. The place is always clean, and the stylists take their time, resulting in a cut that I am happy to wear.
Everyone there is awesome. Used to select specific stylists but everyone there rocks.

I have always had my hair cut by "First Available". Every person who has cut my hair has done a good job, and all have been personable and made me feel very comfortable. My most recent visit Jolee did a great job, and my wife liked the haircut!
