Products are great but expensive. Love the location at Mall 205. 95% of my visits have been excellent! First time with Katie as my stylist but the location has a very high staff turnover! I've had several staff that I wish were still working there. Never been turned away. My favorite shop.

My barber was fantastic. She was able to do the best job with my hair and bring out the best qualities in my hairline.
Anna was great! Did a quick hair cut, gave me tips on my scalp, and asked if I wanted an MVP. I said no but she wasn’t pushy about it which I appreciate.
Tessa was so patient and kind with my 7 year old. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful

My stylist each time is Kimmie! She is so much fun each time I visit, she is always so upbeat and friendly.
She also cuts my hair so well each time, that I have recommended her so many times.
June at Murray hill off of a hills ferry rd tried a new haircut on me that I had not had before. Went back to her again and still liked it a lot. Will use her going forward when possible. She dos great work!
I only go to Kate. She’s the best stylist . Someone else cut my hair once and I looked like an ear of corn. I went back and said I was unhappy with the cut and Kate took me immediately and made it right. While I know your stylists are supposed to upsell, I asked Kate not to upsell and she has respected my wishes. You’re very lucky to have her in your shop. She’s very customer focused
