I have a stylist that is staying put. I’ve been to other establishments and followed my stylist to different locations. I finally gave up once the distance got to far. The only problem I have now is my stylist is in high demand.

The stylist is an incredible individual who makes you feel welcome and represents Sport Clips exceptionally well. I can get a haircut from any Barbershop , but feeling welcome at Sport Clips makes the difference.
The flexibility of the stylists. I’m generally anxious about having my hair cut (as I’m sure a lot of people are) but the stylists are good at their job and good at making guests fee welcome.

The wait times are within the acceptable range. I do not think I have ever waited over 10 minutes past the beginning of my slotted time to be seen.
The large TV's are on but not loud, which is great for guys that are not interested in cricket for example.
i have not had a bad experience with any of the ladies who have cut my hair. This is important to me. I work retail for Safeway and so I know about proper customer service.
At my checkout lane in Weast linn, my hair cuts are seen by about 20,000 people. I have and do recommend Sports Clips Clackamas.
I tip very well for good service and so the ladies have done well over the years.
Management does nto have a problem at the Clackamas store with employees they are great.
