Rather than products and services (although the haircuts are exceptional), it's more about the people you hire....they keep me engaged in conversation while they style my hair, they're personable but professional, and they're skilled.
The ladies working are usually very good at listening and helping make adjustments to how you want your hair cut while factoring in the many things that make peoples hair different.
