Setting the appointment and the stylist
Hair stylist was very friendly and did a great job. She continuously asked me how I was like long what she was doing. Really like the online check-in system and the text updates they give you.
Sammie is great. She gave a great cut and was able to fix my fussy areas too.
It is easy to schedule an appointment using the app. The staff are friendly and professional. I've never gotten a bad haircut there and the shampoo and scalp massage are so relaxing.
The barber was amazing and very experienced
I had one of the best haircut experiences there. Being able to feel like I can talk to someone and be open about life with no judgement my barber was amazing and she did a wonderful job made me feel at home and I had no complaints at all.
I bought curling cream, she didn’t even push me, she just explained what products she was using, and when. I loved how the product worked, so I bought it. I asked her if she cuts girls hair and she did fantastic and thanks for not too concerned about me wanting to cut two feet of hair into a cute pixie/bob. Just great, thanks again.

We like and love Katie! We like how fast and easy it is to get a cut. Katie is our favorite because she’s figured out how to tame and cut around the difficult cowlick.
We do not like that you closed the Mall 205 location. :( But Katie is worth the extra miles and time.

I thought my stylist, Mary, was very capable and exacting with the scissors and the electric shaver. She demonstrated a careful aesthetic sense for how best to "fit," or customize, my hair cut on my particular head.
After leaving your shop, I've received several compliments on my hair cut, which did not seem to just be pure flattery and certainly has added to my confidence for showing my face in public.
