I’ve never been to this location and didn’t know anyone there, but that did not stop the whole team from being welcoming and treating me like a regular customer. The price is right, I rarely wait long to get in a chair (even as a walk-in), and my haircutter Becca was friendly and able in equal measure. My only beef with the company (which has nada to do with my haircut experience) is that I tried to make an appointment before coming in, online, but couldn't remember my password. I requested a link to establish a new password and I'm still waiting for a reply 24 hours later. Surely, there must be a way to tighten up that timeline. You managed to get this email out to me in less than 24 hours, why so much less urgency for a process that might've resulted in my deciding not to come in at all?
