I downloaded and made a reservation through the app which was seamless. The cut was fantastic. My stylist Nicole suggested I try the MVP package, which was such a wonderful experience I will be selecting that ever time I go in for a trim from here on out.

From beginning to end, getting a haircut is great. The online check in is easy and convenient, not as cumbersome as an appointment but far better than a walk in. And being able to select my preferred stylist is the best part. The stylist, Kattie, is highly skilled and precise. Plus, the fact that she's been there for five years makes her a reliable choice. She is also fantastic about the MVP treatment, making the experience quite refreshing and pleasant.
I think my preference for Sport Clips is that a) the quality is better than the hipster barber shops elsewhere, b) the price is very competitive, and c) the location I go to seems to treat the stylists well enough to stick around. All of these qualities are rare in a chain, and should be emphasized and maintained!

Fast and good
Lindsey does a great job of cutting my hair, she is very consistent. One of the massage chairs has been dead for a long time, it's on but you can barely feel anything. Management should have it repaired.
