I only go to Kate. She’s the best stylist . Someone else cut my hair once and I looked like an ear of corn. I went back and said I was unhappy with the cut and Kate took me immediately and made it right. While I know your stylists are supposed to upsell, I asked Kate not to upsell and she has respected my wishes. You’re very lucky to have her in your shop. She’s very customer focused

My hair cut is simple and Jordan gets it right. That’s just table stakes. Conversation is a differentiator. Jordan is very good at it. If we discuss topic X she will respond to my thoughts and share from her life without turning it into a rant about how bad her life is. It has happened frequently with others (outside your company). Nice conversation is a differentiator. The app allows me to see who’s working, so I can get in line for Jordan. Your queueing rules are still wrong. If I reserve a spot in line for Jordan and it says she will be ready at 3:00 and I get there at 2:55, some random guy who sat down at 2:50 can cut in line in front of me. The rule should be if I am not there by the time she is READY to take the next person, then she can take him. If I walk in BEFORE she is ready my spot should hold! Why? The purpose of the app is efficiency. If I am there in time, it rewards me and your company’s profits are not penalized. CHANGE YOUR RULE!!!

Our son does not like getting his hair cut. We went to see Tyler at the Beaverton store and he was fantastic. Made my son feel comfortable, provided a great hair cut and then when we were talking about a cowlick that my son has in the front of his hairline, Tyler offered a styling product to put in his hair that could help hide the issue while also making his hair cut look better. My son is not a product kind of kid, but Tyler did a great job of showing him how to do it and feel confident vs. embarrassed about something he cant change. Great employee you got there.

Kayla and Mari are absolutely incredible hairstylists! They’re not only talented and professional, but they also make every visit enjoyable. They take time to listen, offer great suggestions, and always deliver amazing results. You can tell they truly care about their clients and their craft. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. My kid and I highly recommend them both!
