Your system for appointments doesn’t always work too well. I was at home, and I received a message stating that my appointment was in 7 minutes. It probably took me about 12 to 15 minutes to drive to your store. When I arrived, it said that I was last or next to last on the list, and my appointment was in 53 minutes. Needless to say that was disappointing. It begs the question as to why you have thus current system.

Kimmie has been cutting my hair for six years. Although it is sometimes tough to align my schedule with her workdays and availability, I strive to make it work because I know I will always receive a quality haircut.
All the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Becca in West Linn is awesome and rightly has a huge following. Store is always clean and professional. I really enjoy the shampoo head massage at hot face towels.
