Very high standard of customer service from both Jason and Callum. I am a returning cyclist after 15 years away. Last Tuesday I collected by bike from the shop and Callum took an hour with me to answer numerous questions.
There were delays with parts, however every delay was communicated to me.

Hi "My Bike Shop" Team,
I got an email offering me a different color bike than the one I ordered, which I think I like even more then the color I thought I wanted. I picked up my bike on Tuesday 25/05/21. Otherwise I would need to wait for my original order to come in. So I was very happy.
The young man who helped me was calm and personable. He acquainted me with my bike to where I felt confident going forward and he also invited me to call into the shop if I have any trouble.
It's been many years since I've been on a bike. I'm glad I made the decision to get a bike and I'm glad I picked "My Bike Shop".

I had gone into a different store & had terrible service but from the minute I walked into My Bike Shop I was welcomed & nothing was too much effort.. Very good reception at book-in. The bike was assessed and service requirements and anticipated costs made clear. Notification of issues arising communicated clearly and options offered. The cost was reasonable and the bike rides like new.
