The bad part of the situation was our tank ran empty on Friday night due to the faulty monitor.... the good part is ya'll delivered gas mid-day on Saturday. The monitor needs to be repaired so all is good.

The technician that came to service our fireplace was wonderful . He was very thorough and explained a great deal about preventative maintenance. If we were told this when it was installed, maybe we wouldn’t have had this issue.
The frustrating part was getting the service scheduled. It wasn’t until my husband went into the office that someone actually did something to help us get it scheduled. calling customer service and being on hold for 12 minutes is pretty lousy service. Needless to say since superior has bought FREEMAN gas. Customer service has gone out the window.
