Everyone's always so nice and all the lady's are great stylists.
I love sports clips but I'm not sure the girl who cut my hair was comfortable. She took about 45 min and asked for help. My hair is usually pretty easy.

They always do a good job. I also like not leaving being covered in hair. It's a one stop shop for services and products. My most recent stylist was also very nice to talk to and provided a great experience.

The lady who cut my hair, I believe her name was Vivian, was very sweet and personable. She also listened to what I wanted and did not try to do her own thing which was much appreciated. However, I have a 9 because the other girl working that night did not create a welcoming nor friendly environment, and was even a bit hostile. I have only ever been to sportclips one other time at a different location years ago and so I am not familiar with the sign in process. She was very annoyed by that and did not hold back in showing it.
Staffs always friendly, they care and take pride in their work, and they always do a great job cutting/ washing my hair.
