PRODUCTS: A little disappointed that Sport Clips no longer carries "Crew" beard products. As I'm particular as to who cuts my hair (God Bless America!), I'm also particular about the products I purchase and when I find one that I like, I prefer to continue to support that product/company. Amazon it is!
SERVICES: This particular Sport Clips has been my go to grooming location for a number of years now. I'm not one for just having anyone cut my hair as I enjoy intelligent conversation during my visit. Guessing 10-years ago, Casey (believe she is now a local district manager) quickly became my favorite. When Casey moved on, I found Diana who possessed the same qualities - easy to chat with while also providing a clean haircut. Because of having a busy at times, I began having difficulty with finding an appointment time with Diana and on one particular occasion, had Amber cut my hair. Immediately discovered she had very similar qualities as Casey and Diana - easy to chat with, does a really nice job cutting my hair but what puts her above all others is Amber's attention to detail when grooming my beard! After my first haircut and beard trim, my beautiful bride commented on how nice it looked so from that day on, Amber has been my go-to! Guess I'm lucky to have two wonderful young ladies to choose from who enjoy their work and provide me with 'wife-approved' grooming!
The MVP is the best, love the hot towels and massaging wash. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

She has a big clientele, and sometimes you have to wait, but it's worth it every time. I've been going to sport clips since 2009 when I moved to Texas I've tried other places and nothing compares to sport clips.
I always get my haircut here. The stylist that I see does such a great job at cutting that I don't think about anywhere else.

Terri, was absolutely fantastic. She gave me the best haircut, and shampoo I've ever had. Her service was top level, and I am recommending her and sports clips to everyone I know. I had an amazing time there. I felt like I was at a spa, without the spa price. This was an enjoyable experience and I will be back again and again.

Service was timely and Faith provided an excellent cut very professionally.
Overall, I am happy with my haircut, but I did not appreciate finding out mid-haircut that stylist was in training. The trainer who was providing guidance was very knowledgeable. I am generally happy with the final haircut, but the stylist ended up shaving off my side burns and exposing a scar I specifically asked to remain covered.
I think my stylist's name is Taylor, she has served me before. She did a great job again and the conversation was pleasant. Looking forward to my next cut!
