The staff is always friendly and skilled. I love that the app lets me check in (and see how busy the store is) before I arrive, and that the staff keeps notes on how I want my hair cut, so I don't have to repeat it each time and run the risk of varying results.

Alysa provided the best haircut I’ve had in years. She took her time, listened thoroughly and knew exactly the style, was very pleasant, and showed no frustration from my pickiness and request for a shampoo.
The manager was also great, honoring my coupon, training another team member, and sharing a business card to make scheduling my next visit easy.
And of course, the facility is great with ESPN on the flatscreen right in front of the Customer.
