The hair stylist, Rachel, was wonderful.
After the message, I had kinks in my neck. Are the staff certified to give massages?
Falon was great. In and out since I just had to wait til the day before my brother's wedding to finally get my hair cut lol
Kind and professional customer service and a great cut
Been able to make an appointment online and everyone is wonderful.
Meredith was outstanding!
Been going there for years and I’m starting to wonder why I have for so long.
Online sign up is terrible and I waited 2 hrs for a haircut that was scheduled first thing in the morning?Manager on duty knew I was there waiting for my appointment and watched me get skipped!
Service is great when your stylist is available.
Management is extremely questionable at best.
Sports Clips with NO televised games or tv service is unacceptable.
I’m disappointed in how quickly this location has changed for the worst.
Except for my stylist who I’m very surprised is still there.
Friendly staff and always professional
