I think the addition of the app is a very good thing. I like the flexibility of being able to determine how long the weight is before I sign into a specific location. It also gives me the opportunity to determine which location I want to go with, based on how long the weight is. In addition, I can use this to go ahead and check in and then drive over, which gives me less time waiting and more productive time.
I did not have an appointment, still I was seen within 20 minutes of logging in. The stylist listened to my requests and did an amazing job. I will be coming back regularly. This shop has always been the best in my area, no matter which stylist I get. To me that points to management and great hiring tendencies, not to mention a great vision imparted to each new hire. Thanks for the great business.

We went to Sports Clips last night, and I can honestly say we’ve never had a better experience!
Kiki was absolutely amazing. She took care of both of my boys and made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, professional, and made sure they were both happy with their haircuts.
And according to my boys, she did an especially great job considering she was born all the way back in the 1900s.
All jokes aside, customer service like Kiki’s deserves to be recognized. She went above and beyond, connected with the boys, joked around with them, and made the whole experience fun. You could tell she genuinely cared about the people sitting in her chair.
Sports Clips is lucky to have her, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service she provides. We’ll definitely be asking for Kiki from now on!

Brittany does a great job! She is always professional but also is able to connect with people personally that makes the experience much more enjoyable. I have also had a very difficult time in the past finding stylists that can fade curly hair, however Brittany always does an amazing job with my hair.
