I appreciate that the staff do a great job on my hair. My favorite part of the experience is getting my hair washed and the hot towel treatment on my face.
My stylist today was Whitney, who is an absolute joy. She is friendly, engaging and gave me an excellent haircut along with MVP experience. My last visit was to a different SportClips outlet where I felt like the stylist/barber was rushing through my MVP service in order to get to the next customer.
I will definitely go back to see Whitney again. Whitney was also the first/only employee to mention free neck trim/clean-up between haircuts which I found surprising since I've been a client at three different shops over the past four years. Once again, I will definitely go back to Whitney as long as she remains at this shop in Apex, NC. If she moves to another SportClips shop, I would follow her.

From the momenet I walked in I felt heard. A cheerful lady helped me to check in. After a wait of brief 4minutes, it was pleasant. The cheerful lady (Angela) listened and cut exactly what I requested, and she repaired some issues I enjoyed all of the Sports Clip experience!

I am 76 and always get the MVP experience. The hot towel, hair shampoo with the massage and the shoulder massage make the experience worth coming by. I changed locations because I was in a hurry, but found this location and Tasha to do my haircut, and could not be more pleased with her and the total experience. This is my new location.
