Clarissa did a super job talking with me and taking time to understand my needs. Never felt rushed but also didn’t feel like the hair cut took too Last name removed. First time customer using a free coupon from donating blood with Red Cross. The shop is a bit out of my way so would like to use more often, but convenience is also important to me. Would be nice to have a SportsClips closer to 28451 zip code area.

The MVP services are nice also. It’s a treat for me and my sons. And being able to have our hair shampooed is great when we get our cuts earlier in the day.

I appreciate the online scheduling, BUT, if someone does an online appt and doesn’t show up the cancellation time should be short to not block that time open and short the provider a customer
