I absolutely love getting my haircut at sports clips! Adriana Taylor of the the Viewmont store in Hickory NC was my barber yesterday and my experience was 100 out of 10. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! It was like a spa day and I was so absolutely relaxed and am now the proud owner of a wonderful haircut and overall treatment. Thank you all!

Big shout out to Angie. She delivered an excellent haircut, as always, even though her hands were shaking thinking about her upcoming airplane flights to Denver and to Ireland. Definitely not internally, panicking? Maybe. Just be sure not to fly United… or American… or Allegiant… or Delta… or Aer Lingus. Not even the thought of severe turbulence coming into the Rockies could disrupt the sweeeeet lightning bolt she carved into my scalp. Ka-chow!!
There was zero turbulence in the chair. I’ll appreciate Angie’s cuts while I can, before she becomes too worldly to work there anymore. The Ireland trip is gonna be awesome. Oceans, cliffs, passports, whisky. Probably a leprechaun riding a sheep… who knows?

Ameila always does a great job and I always wait until she is working before I come in for my hair cut.
The hair stylist has the information on how to cut my hair. She verifies the information in the system and asks for additional information. They greet me when I arrive and are friendly and chat during the haircut. I'm typical in and out relatively quickly and they do a great job cutting my hair.
At the Biltmore Asheville store, I have never (been there about 15 times at least) had a less than great experience and haircut. All staff uniformly friendly, courteous , and convey that they want me to walk out with the haircut I want.
The staff are professional, friendly and listen to the customer. I highly recommend English. She is absolutely amazing at her job. I felt like a family member instead of a number
