Awesome haircut and will be picking this location as my normal haircut location over other competition in the area. Only issue I ran across was not being asked what “treatment” or “selection” I would like. I ended up just sitting there having no previous discussion and receiving a 30 second muscle tap on the shoulder with a percussion gun and being charged the MVP price…. Would be nice that some sort of dialogue could have occurred. This was my first time at this location and first time my dad has been to a sport clips. Again, I will be back here again for my bi-weekly haircut because I received a great quality cut but I feel slightly taken advantage of financially when it came to cash out.
How personable and professional everyone is. I was a few minutes late and dropped off the waitlist and they still took me as if I was on time.
Everyone is always super polite and treat you like an individual not just a name on a list.
