My wife and I took three young grandsons, ranging in age from 5 to 7 years of age for much needed haircuts. Jasmine the store manager coordinated the process and was able to get all three in chairs immediately and all at the same time. The three stylists: Elise, Keyona and Ericka were so great! Friendly, talented, patient and skilled at managing youngsters who did not want haircuts! The youngest was highly uncooperative at first, but gradually came around with the patience and skills of distraction from the stylist. The end result was three grandsons with great haircuts and who are now looking forward to their next visit!
Clean and friendly staff
As usual, a great and satisfactory experience at Sportclips! Jasmine who is both the manager and a stylist never fails to impress with her talent, efficiency and great personality. She is no doubt a highly valuable asset to this location and Sportclips in general! I would hate to see her leave, however her talents as a manager alone would make her highly desirable to most any business.

With Sport Clips being a national chain or so I thought, and you had my name in the system, but no notes on what number clippers were used at my Rockford IL store. That would be helpful so my new stylist in NC where I moved, would know what to use. Because I never really payed attention 😊
