The instructors are great!
The staff members are all very nice and helpful. I especially enjoy our instructor, Ms. Mary! She is very knowledgeable and I have noticed my daughter has made huge strides in her swimming development since joining her class.

my first day and experience with Swimtastic was very well received. I felt welcomed, and from the front desk to the instructor, to even the other swimmer(s) in the class, all very pleasant and encouraging.
After just 2 lessons our girls are much more confident in their swimming abilities.
The only thing I think could be different is either increasing class time to 45 mins-hour or lowering the price because while worth the investment and we are thrilled so far, its is a lot for such a short period of time.
I'm seeing that there are many students for Swimtastic which is great! Clearly it's a well run business and clearly its a effective - I just feel that because there is so many clients there could be less of a charge and still bring in great revenue and provide great service - possibly increase revenue by bringing in more clients because its more affordable.
I would just be thrilled with increasing the lesson length personally. Getting more bang for your buck so to speak.

I love how nice all of the staff is here, my only wish is that the classes were an hour instead of half an hour. It seems like we get there, and my kids have a few times to practice the exercises, and then it’s already time to leave.
Very well ran and friendly. Our instructor knew what she was doing and both kids enjoyed it.
All over is good
The entire staff from the customer service center that took my first call, to the management team on site, to the swim instructors, to the life guards are all extremely polite, professional and willing to bend over backwards to help you. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the entire experience this far. I would highly recommend them to everyone who reads this.

Swimtastic has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The teachers do their best to put the kids at ease and make them comfortable in the water. My son has learned a lot and we are sad to be moving away, otherwise we would be continuing our lessons at Swimtastic!

Incredible progress in technique and swim ability while in a positive class environment. Easy scheduling with a lot of class option times. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to greet you and answer questions. Swim team prep allows our young child to learn to challenge herself and work in a coach and team environment without a huge weekly time commitment. Great experience from start to finish. I wish we had switched sooner!
