I like the small class sizes and even the private classes when it wasn’t working for us to get our two children at the same times. They did everything they could to keep our two kids close to the same times.I like how they focus on skills and not endurance. The wave pool is a plus and even better than endurance training like at the Y. The pool is contained just for the swimmers and staff. That’s good to keep distractions down.
Lots of options for class times. Willing to work with families with multiple children. Friendly staff.

I’m happy with the friendly management, staff and very personable swim instructors. The facility is very well kept and clean. I’m very happy the pool is kept at a comfortable temperature for my kids. My daughter is making good progress and it’s nice to see from the open windows.

The staff at SwimLabs is awesome. We are always greeted with a smile. Jada and Whitney do a great job of working with our schedule to get my daughter in for a workout session or video analysis. I love that my daugher has access to an endless pool to help develop her stroke technique. We are happy to have the Kenosha Swimtastic/SwimLabs with us on our swim journey.

Cons: large class size, 4 kids to 1 instructor.
Everyone is super friendly, and a great atmosphere!
My son is a little nervous around strangers and extremely afraid of water. They were so nice and calming to him. They got him away from me and, surprisingly, into the water. I was so impressed that he sort of jumped into the water, into his teachers arms. It is worthy every penny and I will continue to take my son there as often as I can.

Our son has only had one Lesson so far but we were thrilled!! He is very nervous around water and Brooke actually got him in the pool right away. She was very patient and gained his trust already. He had so much fun that he has been asking to go back every day since his first lesson! We’ve tried lessons at other area pools several times and every time they made him go under water right away (his biggest fear) and he would refuse to cooperate from that point on. If you have a fearful child I would definitely recommend Swimtastic!!
I like that the class wasn’t over crowded, I like that a lifeguard was close to the swim instructors in case anything happen .
The professionalism and knowledge of staff if remarkable! If there is ever a question or worry they are there for you. The instructors are patient and kind toward the children which is so appreciated. The cleanliness of the premises has always been top notch!
