Great first lesson for both kids. Everything was clean, organized and well run. The kids both felt comfortable and were able to follow the directions and expectations. This was especially important for our 3 year old. I’m so glad he started his experience on a positive note.
Nice facility, friendly owner/staff and great (small) class size.
It’s fun yet structured swimming classes. My child is able to swim the the comfort of warm water and I get to observe in the comfort of regular climate control.

Everyone working there is extremely friendly and helpful. The small class size is so much better than anywhere else we've taken lessons. My daughter has learned so much already, and she loves the warm pool. Swimlabs is very clean, and I really like the changing rooms. Everything about our experience has been positive.

The staff in Kenosha is incredible! We were greeted on our first day and given a tour. The owners talked to my kids and made them feel at home. The play area is perfect for the kids while waiting for their turn. The instructors are so patient and kind. It’s an amazing place to do swimming lessons!

The owner greeted us on our first day and personally gave us a tour of the facility, which was a nice way to start the experience. The play section in the waiting area is a nice feature for restless kids prior to their class. The support staff (lady who checks us in and leads the kids into the pool) is very friendly and helps it feel organized. Lessons are prompt, and I appreciate the locked door into the swim area (adds a sense of security). The dressing room and shower areas are clean and functional. Instructor is patient and accommodating, and encourages advancement without being too forceful. We have seen such a great improvement in our son’s swimming ability in just 3 weeks. As a comparison-We had him at the Rec Plex previously, and after 1 1/2 years he still could not float. It is not until this week that he finally learned to float-and It is such a relief to see how he is quickly learning valuable water safety skills through the instructional methods at Swimtastic.

Now that it is up and running due to permit constraints, Katie and her team are crushing it! Very friendly, personable and the facility is beautiful. Kids are loving the experience and all the instructors!
My daughter was excited about the idea of swim lessons but was ultimately completely scared to start lessons. But the staff made her feel so comfortable that she asks everyday if it's swimming day.
Kaytlin (swim instructor) has been amazing with our kids. The staff (desk and managers) have also been great and very welcoming.

They were very flexible with squeezing our son’s original 8 week lessons to be completed within 2.5 weeks so he would be prepared for Boys Scout camp. Also the instructors are all nice and professional. The facility is organized, very clean and laid out nicely for us to watch the lessons.

The staff is tremendous and it seems like my 4 year old is learning new things, not just getting 'free time' to play. They knew us by sight after our first visit and have been very easy to work with. We will be missing a session due to a vacation, and we get to make it up later, which is awesome!
What I wish they had... one of those swimsuit machines that sucks the water out of the suit. Also, we've had 3 sessions but I haven't gotten any input about how she's doing other than what I can see and hear from her. Would be nice to get a periodic update.
The instructor is great. Very logical way swimming is taught. Warm water is great too.
