We started at Swimtastic almost a year ago and have loved it! Swimming is the most important skill I feel that any child should learn. Mrs. Katie has worked so hard with our daughter to get her more confident with swimming and she has done a wonderful job. We look forward to our weekly visits to Swimtastic and my daughter talks about swimming & Mrs. Katie all the time.
All of my child's swim lessons have been at Swimtastic and she has made it all the way to Intermediate. The instructors were all nice. The classes worked for my schedule. I like the facility. It's newer. Always clean. The fact that the pool is warm is good. I occasionally put my child in their SwimJam sessions to supplement her weekly lessons and those were always beneficial. I also did a birthday there for my child. Everyone had a great time and it was easy for me. She has already asked about possibly doing her birthday there again. All around a good experience and good services at Swimtastic.
The instructor was patient and encouraging and you could see that they really loved their job. My grandson asked to be in his class the next time he signs up which tells me that he really enjoys learning to swim now.
The receptionist was warm and friendly. We were given a tour of the facilities. Emily was knowledgeable and friendly. I truly enjoyed the lesson and look forward to our next lesson.
The instructor was great. She kept my child involved and he had a great time. The facility was very clean and nice.
My daughter was so nervous for her first lesson but by the end she was jumping in and going under water! She was so proud and the teachers were her biggest fans. She can't wait for her next lesson!
Friendliness of the staff.
Really friendly staff and comfortable space, not overcrowded and my son was able to get comfortable and have a blast right away.
Clean, everyone pleasant. It would be nice to not be charged if my kid was sick and couldn't attend a lesson. $25 feels like it got thrown away because one couldn't make it. I think anyone world appreciate me not bringing a sick kid to swimming.
I love the small classes and the individual attention my daughter gets. As a brand new swimmer it was just what I was wanting for her.

Great instructors. I love the monthly update on their progress and testing days to mark actual progress and advancement. Facility is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
The instructors are great! Positive and keep trying new ways to make the kids try new things and get over water fears.
We’re very happy with our swim lessons. Everyone is wonderful to work with and our son is learning so much. We need to take a break for a couple months but we can’t wait to get back as soon as we can!
