We appreciate the partnership Swimtastic has with us as parents to properly teach our children how to swim safely and have fun while doing so. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The instructors are skilled and work well with each student for their individual needs.
I love the flexibility of days and times offered as well. So many options to fit our family's schedule! Its very conveniently located for us as well.
The only reason I did not give a 10 rating is simply because while we've had an incredible experience I feel that the amount paid is a bit steep for only a half an hour long lesson and having upto 4 students in the class at one time. I do feel its a good investment but that kept us from continuing throughout the year. We value quality experiences in our family and we invest in private education for our children so we understand cost verses value - however when you pay almost $200.00/month for a total of 4 hours of service (maybe 5 if you count any behind the scenes work) It just doesn't add up to us to continue all year long especially at this point our children won't be using it much or at all in the next 6 months.
I say all this to say that we appreciate everything everyone does at swimtastic and hope to see either a decrease in amount per lesson or a increase in the length of each lesson even if it were just to 45 mins.

I like the small classes they offer. They’ll even go above and beyond to work out a schedule to fit your kids in together to fit your schedule. I like the well cleaned shower rooms and changing stalls with the hair dryers. It’s a nice small pool with little to no distractions for the kids to swim.

Great classes, learning to swim both safety and fun. Our child loves his swim lessons and is progressing nicely.
We have had such a great experience at Swimtastic. I cannot say enough great things about the friendly staff. My son has really gained confidence in his swimming and comfort in the water.

Great experience. Instructor was kind, punctual, knowledgeable. Front-office was friendly and efficient. Technology was really cool - nice to be able to see strokes underwater and "up-close".

The Office and teaching staff at Kenosha Swimtastic are a great group of highly motivated and exceptional swimming professionals. My son had great instruction in a format he could follow and exceed my expectations on the rate that he has progressed.

We love the small classes and personalized attention. It's allowed my daughter to grow confidence quickly. Not to mention the flexible class options and ease of attending, no giant aquatic centers to navigate or large parking lots. That makes it easy for use to juggle with the busy schedules of multiple kids.
The program you teach is excellent! Swim jams are our favorite!
The instructor was very informative and patient . It was a great experience .
My daughter's first class was this week, we were given the warmest welcome, with a tour and picture. My daughter was hardly scared and came out of the pool all smiles!
