Santa Cruz limited so far I couldn’t ask for anything I. Like all the bell and whistles and this one had Way more than even new about I traded in 2018 caddie ct5 with everything. I did miss the caddie seat more comfortable and the memory on the seat.but I need more time to drive the Santa cruz

The Sales Associate, David Sharpe, was very friendly and helpful with the sale of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz.

Service is greatly improved from a few years ago. Someone answered the phone and scheduling is easy. On-site work was timely. The customer waiting area needs to be updated. It’s a little old but not a problem.

I purchased a Hyundai Palisade in 2022 because of the excellent usage my 2008 Santa Fe gave me for 14 years!

I was courteously and professionally taken care of by everyone I came into contact with during my purchase of the Palisade.

I recently took the Palisade in for its first maintenance service. I was greeted immediately by a service person and instructed about what to do. I was told the wait time would be about an hour and 15 minutes, but it was actually only about 45 minutes! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, there was even free wifi service.

I can definitely recommend Don Franklin to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
