The oil change department is very quick, reasonable priced and usually a short wait. the prices for vehicles are another thing altogether. Nothing cheap about there vehicles. and no negotion with the prices. finance charges are high too. New vehicles are way overpriced everywhere so I refuse to purchase a new vehicle from anyone
The service department is top notch. Their customer service goes that extra mile. If someone needs service done, I highly recommend Don Franklin Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep in Somerset. Those folks are the best around.

The representative was knowledgeable, courteous and got my truck back to as he promised. The services performed on my truck was top notch. This dealership in Somerset, Ky is the only place that I take my Dodge Ram trucks because they are very thorough.

I can have minor services performed at other locations and still keep my warranty. I purchased.my vehicle from the Nissan dealership in Somerset and live in Corbin and can have services. performed at the Toyota dealership in Corbin and I a present Nissan owner.
