Service is unbeatable! This is it the second vehicle that I have purchased there at that lot and the service from all the workers was phenomenal!
I had a great experience trading my car in, our car salesman Tyler was great and helped us so much by making the process smoothly and easy. Service took good care of my car and had it ready to go. The only negative is that the detailer did a horrible job. He left all of the previous owners garbage, including papers with their names on it! He only spot vacuumed and put a waxy film all over the car to make it shine. He expected us to pay him out of our pocket for it. My fiancé works in service, said detailed told my fiancé he owes him $50 for the detail and has been very insistent on how he NEEDS to pay him. It’s very disappointing that someone who has a detailing job did a very poor job cleaning a newly purchased car and expects us to pay him $50. I have not cleaned it since buying it, so I can provide pictures. I had a great experience aside from the detailers attitude and poor cleaning.
The service was great. They kept working till they figured out what was wrong with our jeep.
