We were looking for a specific vehicle and Don Franklin was able to provide that. Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant. All of our questions were answered completely. This is one of the few dealerships I have entered that I did not immediately feel pressured to buy. We were given time to talk privately with one another before making a decision. Everyone went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and to explain the features on the vehicle we purchased. We will certainly check with Don Franklin first the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

I love everything about Don Franklin Jeep & Chrysler Dealership in Campbellsville. Gary helped me with every problem I had. He always answered every question I had, always went out of his way to let me know what was going on with my car and always tried to help me out in every way possible. If Gary wasn’t around to answer my call, his team was. Gary is also very courteous and being kind/respectful goes a very long way. I love the customer service at this dealership! I always get friendly and professional service. No issues with the service or workmanship. My only issue is with the cost. If I buy new tires from Don Franklin I shouldn’t have to pay to have them rotated and checked when I have my oil changed. It’s getting a little high priced to go there.
