I bought my Chrysler at Don Franklin almost 6 years ago. I was having an oil change and decided to walk around and just browse the lot. I was approached by Amber. However she was very professional,friendly,and wasn't pushy. She didn't push me to make any decisions. I then talked to my husband because we were talking about getting a new SUV. After my encounter with Amber I didn't want to deal with anyone except her. Her personality,professionalism and everything is what sold me.

Amber that works down at the other building was an absolute joy and so professional. She listened to me when I voiced looking at SUVs. Really went out of her way to answer anything and to what I wanted and absolutely wasn't. She didn't haggle with me and force me to look at the ones she wanted me to look at.
