This is the first time that I have ever taken my car to be worked on at a dealer shop that did the repair in a timely manner and did the job for what they told me it would cost. I left with a good feeling of not being taken advantage of. Congratulations, I have been to a lot of places and have a mechanical background, so I know when I have been taken care of or advantage of. Several oil changes back I had an appointment for an oil change. Ok then a lady came in 20 min later. Then the service man came out to the lady and ask her if she wanted them to put in an air filter. She said yes. Ha came back out in a bit and told her she was ready to go. She gets up and pays and leaves. I sit there at least 10 more minutes before they come out to get me. I only had an oil change. Somehow I got left behind. My time is as valuable as the next person. I did appreciate being put behind !!
